Shield replaces the household router and Wi-Fi with commercial-grade Ubiquiti hardware. Watchman installs, configures, and monitors the network, while its proprietary software translates network events into plain-language messages for the Concierge team.
Device inventory, malicious-destination blocking, and separate networks for guests and smart-home devices help protect the family’s computers and phones. For supported, enrolled phones and laptops, an always-on, full-tunnel VPN routes internet traffic through the Shield-secured home network while traveling, including on hotel and airport Wi-Fi. This is home-network protection for remote usage, not merely remote access to home resources. Device support, access rules, alerts, and response responsibilities are set in the agreed scope.
Watchman Complete acts as the coordinating private office. Capabilities may be delivered directly, through selected providers, or alongside the client’s existing advisors and security teams. Scope and responsibility are confirmed in writing.
