Public service.
Private, controlled AI.

Explore system-level AI isolation for government records, correspondence, policy and casework—from network boundary to data paths and maintenance.

For federal, state, local and tribal organizations exploring AI under their own control.

Overview

What it is.

Government teams handle records, correspondence, policy and casework that can contain sensitive constituent information. Many cannot send that material to public cloud AI services. The opportunity is to bring useful AI to the information they are permitted to use, inside a deployment they control.

Government agencies need a defined system boundary for sensitive information, with technology, security, policy and procurement teams involved. An on-site AI appliance may provide compute, but an air gap depends on the complete environment: networks, connections, data paths, services, access, dependencies and maintenance.

Watchman Vault is a local AI appliance on customer-owned hardware, available today by private purchase, with a working implementation of RevoKeep inside. Configurations range from compact appliances for lighter work to DGX Spark-class systems for heavier workloads, confirmed per engagement. RevoKeep and the Watchman Autonomous AI Controller remain in active R&D.

This is a sector opportunity, not a claim of government customers, pilots, deployments, contracts or agency relationships. Local operation is not automatically air-gapped or authorized for sensitive government information.

Deployment, security and compliance responsibilities are agreed in writing per engagement. Scope, responsibilities, hardware and support are confirmed in writing. No product or service can guarantee absolute security.

Why local, controlled AI fits

The opportunity.

01

Control the data boundary

Assess which approved records can be processed locally and what must remain outside the proposed scope.

02

Define a supportable appliance

Match hardware, access and maintenance to the organization’s workflows and IT capacity.

03

Keep public decisions accountable

Use AI as assistance for staff review, not an autonomous decision-maker for constituent services.

Example workflows

Potential uses. Human review.

Illustrative opportunities, not existing deployments or a promise of supported capability. Feasibility is confirmed per engagement.

  1. 01

    Records and policy retrieval

Explore finding relevant passages in approved records, manuals and policy documents, with staff checking the original material.

  2. 02

    Correspondence preparation

Explore drafts and summaries from authorized source material for review before any response is sent.

  3. 03

    Casework administration

Explore organizing permitted case material and preparing internal summaries without delegating eligibility or enforcement decisions to AI.

How it begins

Process.

  1. 01

    Request a sector briefing

Describe the administrative workflow and organizational constraints. Do not include constituent records, restricted information or sensitive system details.

  2. 02

    Review the operating boundary

Identify data classifications, allowed connections, procurement needs and approval owners before considering a configuration.

  3. 03

    Define responsibilities in writing

Agree on deployment, security, compliance, human review, support and any private-purchase scope before work begins.

Illustrative deliverables

What a scoped engagement may include.

Examples only. Final deliverables depend on the written scope.

  • A scoped workflow and data-boundary assessment, if commissioned
  • Proposed hardware, access and maintenance arrangements
  • Written deployment, security and compliance responsibility allocation
  • A private-purchase proposal only where requirements and supported capability align
