Watchman installs, configures, and monitors the home network. Shield tracks connected devices, blocks malicious destinations, separates family, guest, and smart-home networks, and sends meaningful network alerts to the Concierge team for response. For supported, enrolled phones and laptops, an always-on, full-tunnel VPN routes remote internet traffic through the Shield-secured home network, including on hotel and airport Wi-Fi. It is not limited to access to home resources: remote browsing uses the home network's protections. Device support, access, and monitoring are agreed for each residence. ## Watchman Vault — planned for 2027 Watchman Vault is a private AI workspace planned for 2027 for selected family, estate, and office materials, envisioned to help review documents and find answers while keeping sensitive work on hardware under the client's physical control. It is not currently available or included with Watchman Shield. The exact launch date, final hardware, capabilities, and scope have not been announced. Watchman Complete is a member of NVIDIA Inception; this membership does not imply NVIDIA endorsement of Watchman Vault. ## Engagement and pricing The first contact arranges a discreet introductory conversation. If an assessment is appropriate, the people, systems, participants, timing, and expected deliverables are confirmed before work begins. Maps, scores, reports, and remediation plans described on the website are illustrative until included in a written assessment scope. Watchman Complete is not sold as a standard tiered subscription. Implementation and the ongoing private-client relationship are individually scoped and provided by custom quote. Travel assistance, medical evacuation, and security evacuation services are optional and quoted separately.
